The Client
Aakar — Architects & Planners is a Gaya-based design studio with 10+ years of practice and 120+ completed projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality work in Bihar and Jharkhand. Their offering spans architecture, interior design, and photorealistic 3D visualization.
The Problem
The work was strong; the digital presence was not. Enquiries came almost entirely through referrals and Instagram, with no website to showcase the portfolio, explain how the studio works, or capture a qualified consultation request. High-intent prospects searching for an architect in the region had nothing credible to land on.
What We Built
An image-first portfolio site engineered so the architecture is the hero — fast to load, easy to browse, and built to convert a visitor into a consultation.
Projects Gallery
A filterable portfolio across residential, commercial, and hospitality work, with high-resolution imagery and lazy-loaded media so pages stay fast.
Service Pages
Clear sections for architecture, interior design, and 3D visualization — so prospects self-qualify before they reach out.
The Design Process
A five-step methodology (Discover → Concept → Develop → Visualise → Deliver) that sets expectations and builds trust up front.
Consultation Flow
A contact experience wired to phone, email, and WhatsApp, turning portfolio interest into booked design conversations.
The Stack
Built on Next.js for image performance and SEO out of the box, with a responsive layout tuned for the mobile-first audience that finds architects on their phones.
