MyDigitalEra wants every client to feel confident about the value we deliver. This policy outlines when refunds apply and how cancellations are handled.
1. One-Time Projects (Websites, Landing Pages, Setups)
- Before work begins — full refund of any advance, minus payment gateway charges, if requested within 48 hours of payment and before design/development has started.
- During design phase — 50% refund if cancelled before the first design draft is approved. No refund on design work already delivered.
- During development phase — no refund once development has begun, but you receive all completed work and files.
- After delivery — no refunds on delivered projects. We guarantee revisions per the package scope until you are satisfied.
2. Monthly Retainers (Ads, SEO, Management)
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time with 15 days' written notice — service continues through the paid period.
- Partial-month refunds are not provided. Unused budget does not carry over.
- Ad platform spend (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) is paid directly by the client and is never held or refunded by us.
3. Free Growth Audits & Strategy Calls
Free audits and discovery calls are complimentary — no payment, no refund.
4. Refund Process

- Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway and bank charges (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Chargebacks filed without prior conversation may delay refund processing and will result in immediate suspension of ongoing services.
6. Exceptions
Custom agreements, enterprise retainers, and work under signed SOWs follow the refund terms defined in those specific contracts and override this policy where applicable.
